All MatchYourTees products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted print and fulfillment partners. This helps us reduce waste and keep prices fair, while still delivering quality you can rely on.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed and printed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details (where available).

Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center used for your order. Typical estimates are:
• USA: 3–8 business days after fulfillment
• Canada: 5–12 business days after fulfillment
• Europe: 5–15 business days after fulfillment
• Rest of World: 7–21 business days after fulfillment
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs, and local postal services may affect delivery times.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the products ordered, and the selected shipping method.
We offer FREE shipping on eligible orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts, where applicable). Any active free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link (where tracking is available for your destination). It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the label has been created.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges once it reaches your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@matchyourtees.com.
If an order is shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly by the customer, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund. In some cases, we may be able to offer a reprint at a discounted rate.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please:
1. Check with household members, neighbors, or your building management.
2. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
3. If you still cannot locate the package, email us at support@matchyourtees.com.
We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and, where possible, arrange a replacement or solution.

Split Shipments
Because items may ship from different facilities, parts of your order may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
