You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
• Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
• You receive the wrong item
• There is a clear quality issue with the print or garment
If your claim is approved, we’ll offer either:
• A free replacement, or
• A full refund to your original payment method

Returns & Return Address
Because each item is made to order and shipped from our printing partners, returns must be approved first.
Please do not send any items back before contacting us.
Unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
If we decide a physical return is necessary, we will send you:
• The correct return address (this may vary depending on your location and the product)
• Simple instructions on how to send your item back
In many cases, we can resolve issues with a replacement without requiring you to mail anything back.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return (when we do accept one), your item must be:
• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn and unused
• With tags (if applicable)
• In the original packaging
You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is fine).

Size Exchanges
We know sizing is important, so we provide detailed size charts on our product pages.
Because each item is printed on demand specifically for your order:

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us immediately at support@matchyourtees.com if:
• The item is damaged
• The print is flawed
• You receive the wrong design, color, or size
We’ll review the issue, request photos if needed, and work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
In addition, items that have been:
• Worn
• Washed
• Heavily used
• Altered
are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in cases where:
• The product arrives damaged
• The item has a printing or quality defect
• The wrong item was sent
In those cases, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
We do not offer exchanges for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
To qualify:
• The item must be in original condition
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• With original tags and packaging
• You must have proof of purchase
This right applies in addition to our 30-day guarantee.

Refunds
Once we’ve received your request and, if required, your returned item:
1. We’ll inspect the issue
2. Let you know whether the refund has been approved or declined
3. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
Refunds typically appear within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
